Location: This role is remote but with an expectation to attend our offices in Exeter on an ad-hoc basis, the successful candidate must be able to travel to Exeter.

We are looking for a resilient Customer Service Advisor to join our EDF Business Solutions team!
In this role you will play a key part in helping us with customer queries to deliver a great customer experience with every contact – telephony/written correspondence.
