Members Support Officer

Are you keen to join a friendly and professional team? We are looking to recruit to 3 x Member Support officers who will provide support to our newly established Committee Chairs along with members.
Working in the wonderful City of Sheffield, you will be supported to gain extra skills and career development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our Members and to experience first-hand the positive impact of their work on our communities.
Working within the members support service, you will be experienced in handling busy workloads and have good customer service skills. Managing inboxes, monitoring, and dealing with enquiries will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, you will have experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive information and able to act on your own initiative in problem solving. You will be an excellent communicator and highly motivated along with a positive approach to building strong relationships. Furthermore, you will thrive in a busy environment and use initiative and forward planning.
The hours available for the individual roles is 37 hours per week.
