We’d like you to come and join us in the private sector, working in our lovely team of nurses as a Clinical Manager with our Care in The Home service, where we support complex clients to live at home.

We are looking for someone with experienced clinical and leadership skills, who enjoys training and mentoring care and support staff. As Clinical Manager you will enable our care staff to support our clients to live independently at home.

What you’ll be working:

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Home based – With travel across the designated region – Dorset/Hampshire.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The Clinical Manager will have responsibility for completing Competency based training to the Support Workers who are supporting clients with complex needs and will also work in conjunction with other non-clinical team members.
  • Delegation of approved clinical skills to Support Workers in the clients home through training and assessment which will contribute to safe and effective service provision
  • Delegation of approved skills to Care Managers to enable them to train Support Workers in a number of specific clinical skills
  • Providing evidence of delegation of clinical skills to Support Workers / other team members in line with company policy
  • Ensuring ongoing annual observations and updates of Support Workers and Care Managers within the workplace is maintained
  • Working with the Care Manager team as a mentor to ensure compliance is maintained for all clients around Support Worker training, care planning, client reviews, MDT preparation
  • Supporting the clinical lead with compliance audits
  • What you’ll have:

  • A current NMC Pin registration
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
  • Full driving licence with your own vehicle
